his Bachelor's Degree at Washington and Jefferson
College in 1986, majoring in chemistry. He then went
on to complete medical school at the Medical College
of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, in 1990. In 1995, Dr.
Walch completed his internship and residency training
in General Surgery at the Allegheny General Hospital in
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is Board Certified in
General Surgery and a Fellow of the American College
of Surgeons. All of Dr. Walch's surgery is performed at
the Garrett County Memorial Hospital Dr Walch began
practicing in Oakland, MD in September of 1995.
