APPOINTMENTS

For your convenience, Dr. Walch has office hours that vary throughout the week. Appointments can be made by calling 301-334-8282 and press "4" to speak with one of our receptionists, who will be glad to assist you. We are available Monday thru Friday from 9am - 5pm.

In order to provide the best care and service for our patients, visits are by appointment only. If you cannot keep your appointment, kindly give us 24 hours notice.

If you have a weekend emergency when our office is closed, please contact the Garrett County Memorial Hospital at 301-533-4000. A physician is available 24 hours a day and if needed will be contacted by the emergency room department.

We respect your time and make every effort to see each patient promptly. However, because emergencies sometimes develop, unavoidable delays may occur. You will be informed promptly and if necessary your appointment will be rescheduled at your convenience if your surgeon is late or unable to see you.

If you have been referred to our office by another doctor, please bring or have forwarded to us any medical records relating to your visit. Please sign out your mammogram from the hospital if your are being seen in consultation for a breast problem. Please call the hospital at least 24 hours prior to picking up the films. If your insurance requires a referral from your Primary Care Physician, please tell our staff and be sure to bring the referral form with you for each visit. Your appointment will be rescheduled if we do not have the form on the day of the visit.
